Dear Sir,

Visit to Le Hong Phong High School.

I am Pn Norlida Bt Abu Bakar, from Sekolah Menengah Sains Tuanku Syed Putra,  one of the SBT schools or High Performing School in Malaysia.  Our school is located in the  northern part of Malaysia, in Perlis.  I am writing to express our school's intention to enhance ties between the teachers and students in both of our schools.

2.         We would like to visit your school on 18 October 2011 (Tuesday). We will be bringing  6 teachers and 30 students aged mostly from 15 to 16 years old to visit various places  in Vietnam. I have read some information about your school and we are very interested in establishing a relationship and network with your school. We would be eager to create a long and lasting relationship in the field of education.

3.         Among the activities that we would like to share with your school is the Research and Development activities done by our students. Our school has participated in  many international competitions in science and R&D such as in Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (Intel ISEF), International Exhibition for Young Inventors & International Invention,  Innovation and Technology Exhibition (ITEX).

4.         If it is possible, we would like to have a “Class Attachment Program” for the students. This is to enable the students to see and experience the learning process in Vietnam. In this way, hopefully they will learn more about Vietnam and its culture in a shorter time.

5.         We hope to build a smart partnership and strengthen the ties between the youths in both countries. We also hope that with this relationship, we will be able to create better students , having more confidence at international level.
